This wonderful sparkling was made with the traditional or champenois method, which pressuposes the secondary fermentation in the bottle, after which it is aged for a minimum of 12 months in bottles, and in order “to enhance its personality”. The dosage of the sparkling is 12 g/l. (BRUT)
