TASTING NOTES Appearance : Yellow-gold colour, white foam, tiny bubbles and enduring effervescence which forms a delicate cordon. Nose: Fine and subtle, evolves from floral to fruity notes, average persistence. Good viscosity providing buttery and toasty notes. Palate: Characterized by its freshness and finesse, with a rediscovery of toasty notes. No aggressive or spicy sensations. DESCRIPTION: This champagne has represented the image and the taste of our house for three generations. Perfect for all occasions, it is an ideal companion for your parties, aperitifs and can also accompany starters.
