TASTING NOTES This is a gorgeously lush-fruited, seamless wine loaded with blood plum, black cherry and raspberry aromas, laced with pepper and other spices. Intense flavours, barely perceptible, but supportive oak, silken tannins DESCRIPTION Aged in French oak, one third of which was new, for fourteen months. Cellar potential: Has the concentration and structure to develop complex tertiary characters in bottle over the next 15 years. Serve: Decant and enjoy with slow cooked lamb shoulder.
