TASTING NOTES The color is intense, deep ruby red. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, plum compote, dried herbs and mulling spice. The taste is full body , juicy, spicy red with a riding creamy palate and a long, refined finish. DESCRIPTION Origin: Tommasi hillside vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico area. Vinification: The wine is aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak casks. Serving Suggestions: A versatile wine that can be drunk throughout a meal. It goes well with dishes that are not too elaborate and is ideal with both white and red meats or moderately aged cheeses.
