Very nice length DESCRIPTION Origin : Val de Loire, Vouvray Vinification : Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature, fermentation is halted when the balance of alcohol degree + sugar = 11.5 + 24,7 Soil : Clay-and-limestone and clay-and-silica.
