TASTING NOTES Colour: Youthful, medium-deep ruby with pale edges. Bouquet: An enticing mix of bright raspberries and blueberries along with darker notes of blackberries, plums and licorice. Scented with violets and cedar. Palate: Rich with red and dark fruits, the palate is plush with a rich core. This depth of fruit is supported by soft, grainy tannins, sweet oak tones and waves of spice. DESCRIPTION Drink: Enjoy on release or cellar for up to eight years.
