Colour: Pale straw-coloured, fine and lasting bubbles in regular columns. Nose: Fruity aromas with a light touch of raspberry. Palate: Structured, fine and round with a good lenght. Origin: In the heart of the Saumur wineyard, Loire Valley Vinification: Manual harvest which are at the end of September to the middle of October.
