Their Martinborough savvy has had a portion of the final blend, fermented and matured in barrel making it richer in style. However, this is classic Marlborough. It is all about purity of fruit and has been fermented only in stainless steel with four months on lees to add subtle creamy notes and some extra fleshiness to the fruit weight in the mouth.
