Very pale pink color, with shades of grey and white, together with summer style and sweet aromas of red berries, sweet and juicy fruits and very light blossoming.
The wine expresses the soil and the climate features so special for this part of the Mediterranean: the vineyards are mainly located in the Tautavel region, in the heart of the South of France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea. The harvest is carried out by hand and then grapes are pressed directly. All of the wine-making processes are performed under carbon dioxide protection in order to keep the delicate and subtle aromas, with the fermentation staged at low temperature (15 to 18°C). The wine is aged on its fine lees for several weeks before being bottled.
